Status icons display next to each document. These icons give real time translation status - for every target language.

Target Icons

Translation has been published to the website.

A translation exists, but it is not being maintained by Enterprise.

An error occurred.

Interim Statuses
Some workflows allow administrators to publish incomplete translations. Use interim statuses to track whether an incomplete translation is published.

In Progress (Interim) |
If the translation workflow has an "interim" step (e.g. incomplete translations can be published), the icon will display in green text when the interim translation step is ready to be published.

Ready (Interim) |
If the translation workflow has an "interim" step (e.g. incomplete translations can be published), the icon will display in blue text when the interim translation step has been published live to the site. |
