Using Resources (TM, MT, and Glossaries)

Inside the Lingotek Workbench you may have access to a few assets to help you with the translation or review. These assets are Translation Memory, Glossaries, or Machine Translation.

Note: Not all assets may be available to you. This can be structured different based on the project. 

Accessing Language Resources from the Sidebar View

Quickly access TM, MT, Glossaries, and other convenient items with the Sidebar.

To enable the Sidebar, go to the top of the page and select View > Sidebar.

From the open sidebar, you will be able to toggle through available resource tabs:

The sidebar tabs with icons display Language Resources (TM matches, Terminology hits and MT results), Notes, and Formatting for the current segment. You can also view all of your assigned tasks using the Tasks tab in the sidebar.

 Tip: Numbers next to each icon indicate how many TM matches, Terminology hits and MT results, Notes, and Formatting tags are in the current segment.
